Next week will be the annual HSAO Rendezvous, which will include the annual race. Your friendly rating committee has been give a list of boats that plan to attend by the famous “only one vice” and have consulted many local, regional, and national authorities to come up with ratings for all the boats. First the rating system works this way: If two boats race one mile and boat A rates at 100 and Boat B rates at 105 then A is giving B 5 seconds. If B finishes 4 seconds after A he wins, and also if B finishes 6 seconds after A he loses. So here are the ratings
